General Terms and Conditions of Contracting

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

1. No refunds will be given for tickets purchased online.

2. Online offers can only be purchased via the website. Under no circumstances can they be purchased at the Aquadiver ticket office.

3. To ensure the security of transactions, all credit card purchases and sales are processed via the ‘secure payment’ system through the Servired network. If your credit card does not support ‘secure’ transactions, please contact your bank..

4. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, all your personal data is treated as confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than the processing of your ticket purchase. Your email address is used solely to confirm your purchase and to send you the relevant booking reference. This email does not contain any of your personal details, such as your address, credit card details or any other information.

5. You will receive an email containing your purchased ticket and the booking reference number. Tickets are bearer tickets and are for one-time use only. Once the purchase has been made, you will need to go to the park in person to use your ticket. Once it has been used for the first time, it cannot be used by anyone else. Parcs Aquàtics de la Costa Brava, SL accepts no liability for any misuse of tickets purchased online (photocopies, multiple printouts, etc.).

6. These offers cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

7. These offers are valid for private individuals only. They are not valid for groups or agencies.

8. Offers purchased online do not include free transport to the park.

9. Parcs Aquàtics de la Costa Brava, SL reserves the right at all times to cancel any purchase and refund the amount paid.

10. Tickets purchased are valid for the current season. Should any offer have specific restrictions regarding expiry or validity, these restrictions will be set out in the offer in question and will take precedence.

11. The validity of tickets will always be subject to the water park’s capacity.

12. If you lose your tracking device, please contact our sales department.

13. The water park’s internal regulations must be strictly observed.

14. Pets are not allowed.

15. We reserve the right to refuse entry.
