Apartamentos Ses Roquetes

The Apartments are part of a well-maintained hotel complex located on the seafront promenade of Ca’n Picafort, in a very peaceful and privileged area. They enjoy beautiful views over the Bay of Alcúdia and are right next to the beach: simply cross the promenade and you are on the sand. Ca’n Picafort offers a long stretch of beach with a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The charming town centre is just behind the marina.

The apartment building has two floors, both easily accessible by lift. Sun loungers are available on the terrace. There is also a large parking area in front of the complex.

The apartments have an approximate surface area of 50 m² and are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV with programmes in German, English and Spanish. A lovely bedroom with a terrace or balcony and a sofa bed in the living room make them ideal for 2 adults and up to 2 children. Services include daily cleaning and towel changes. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals in the apartment. There is also a washing machine in the complex, which can be used upon request.

There are two main attractions that make this a favourite destination among guests: the long beach and the beautiful inland surroundings, which are perfect for both cycling excursions and hiking. From the marina towards Alcúdia, you can enjoy a long promenade running alongside the beach, lined with numerous hotels, restaurants and cafés where you can admire beautiful views while enjoying a peaceful dinner at sunset. Nearby, you can also see the towers that once served as landmarks for sailors during navigation.
