Linear cycling route along rural paths
The Son Serra de Marina – Santa Margalida route connects the municipality’s most peaceful coastline with its historic inland centre. With a distance of 20.10 km, it is a moderately difficult route that takes you from the coastal landscape of Son Serra de Marina along rural and agricultural paths leading to Santa Margalida.
The route is linear, combining coastal stretches, secondary roads, and the inland landscape of the Pla de Mallorca. It involves an ascent of 156 m and a descent of 114 m, offering a manageable course that is nonetheless more demanding than other routes in the municipality. Along the way, the landscape gradually shifts from the sea and dunes of Son Serra de Marina to the traditional rural setting of Santa Margalida.
