House with a ground floor, first floor and attic, located on Carrer Major. The ground floor features a doorway and a window, the first floor has two balconies, and the second floor has small rectangular windows that would have provided light to the attic. All the openings are fitted with green Mallorcan shutters.
Particularly noteworthy are the balustraded balconies decorated with palm motifs at the corners and the family coats of arms bearing the date 1946 in the centre.
