The main entrance to the municipal cemetery of Santa Margalida is Neoclassical in style, with a portico topped by a pointed pediment from which rises a stone pedestal with a cross. Two adjoining buildings make the entrance to this necropolis even more imposing.
Inside, the main courtyard features a tree-lined path that guides visitors through the cemetery. The strategically positioned mausoleums, belonging to the wealthiest families of the early 20th century, also form small enclosed areas within which ground burials are arranged.
