A Classical-style building whose façade still shows evidence of several alterations to the original design. Particularly noteworthy is the use of corbels, which on the first floor support the balcony of the central windows and the hood mouldings above the four windows on this level.
This structural element also becomes a prominent decorative feature in the small entablature-like cornice that crowns the building. The ground floor is currently occupied by a bar.
